Shipping guidelines

  • Shipping area: We currently only ship within Switzerland. We do not deliver to military addresses, post office boxes or hotels. We reserve the right not to deliver if the address is not secure enough, e.g. community addresses. If this is the case with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Shipping costs: The shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Processing time: If the items are in stock, the package will be shipped within 3 working days. If items are not in stock, it takes 3-4 weeks before they are shipped.
  • Items not in stock: Shipping delays may occur for items that are not in stock. In such cases, you will be notified immediately with an estimated shipping date.
  • Shipping partners: Our shipping partners are Swiss Post and DHL.
  • Shipment tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns

  • Returns and exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of receipt. In the event of a return, we will only refund the value of the items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Return process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return costs: The return costs correspond to the shipping costs and are borne by the customer.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Condition of returns: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size, please return your unwanted items as returns and place a new online order. This will then be processed within the usual time frame.
